Lens Series
Lens Series is a furniture collection inspired by the convex lens. The collection includes a screen, a floor lamp, a table lamp, a vase, an armchair, a coffee table, a side table, a bench and a chair. Two complementary colored acrylics divide light and shadow. Frosted and transparent finishes are combined, so the colors shift with the incoming light. The metal parts are made of fingerprint-resistant stainless steel and are polished by hand. The metal parts are inlaid with beveled joints, which limits the use of adhesives and keeps each piece stable.
Lens Series furniture by Eva Liu - MOOOMA has been featured as an outstanding example of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Lens Series furniture was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2023. The A' Furniture Design Award is an international, jury-voted, fair and ethical design accolade which rewards exceptional design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
